Session Description & Schedule

An exercise class that is challenging, fun and focused on benefits such as muscle toning, core strength, flexibility, and balance. 
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (ends 5/19)
  • Tuesday & Thursday (starting 5/23)
  • 10 to 11 am
  • AFRC Fitness Room
  • $6 per session (passes available)
  • Open to all fitness levels! 
  • Bring a yoga mat and water
